چکیده
The outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic has focused enormous attention on genetics viral infection and related disease. Since beginning pandemic, we collection integration SARS-CoV-2 databases, which contain information structure virus its ability to spread, mutate, evolve; data are made available from several open-source databases. In past, gathered experience human genomics by building models integrated databases genomic datasets (representing, e.g., mutations, gene expression profiles, epigenetic signals). We also coordinated development a dictionary describing clinical phenotype COVID19 disease, in context very large consortium. main objective this paper is describe content process organization. argue that—in disease—interoperability between three domains genomics, phenotype, host essential for empowering important analysis processes results. call actions that could be performed link these data.

Assessment of Clinical and Laboratory Data among the Readmitted COVID-19 and Non COVID-19 Patients in Iran
Background and Objective: Hospital readmissions are common and expensive. Identifying the patients who are at high risk of readmission can decrease readmission. Hence, in the present study, the clinical characteristics, biomarker results, and Computed Tomography (CT) criteria of all the readmitted patients were assessed. Materials and Methods: Data of 98 readmitted patients to the Baqiyatallah...

Converting data into information, knowledge, and then wisdom is the most onerous part of science, especially biological sciences. More attention must be paid to the difficulty inherent in this process amid the emergence and the spread of a novel virus, since neglecting the distinction between these epistemic categories can lead to incomplete and even incorrect identification of the causes and t...
